Alresch Jayawardena

CEO

Alresch Jayawardena, SkyLogic’s CEO spent 17 years in the Air Force National Guard. This time serving helped develop several crucial relationships during deployments to the Middle East that would lead him to Unmanned Aerial Systems. Upon his return to civilian life, the impact that UAS had on him was profound and he was determined to use the technology for the sustainment and protection of endangered species and eco systems. In 2018 he partnered up with Adrian Ratnayake and formed SkyLogic Solutions whose sole agenda is to offer services that would allow clients the ability to gather real time data and be able to respond in kind.

Prior to being a CEO, Adrian stood in as an adjunct professor at several  technology  colleges while serving as an independent consultant for various Fortune 1000 companies. During this time he fined tuned their technology hiring practices and process improvements. This experience combined with his passion for career development, peer coaching and inclusive hiring practices for those underrepresented in the IT industry is what drove Transcend IT’s mission. Adrian’s vision was to engage participants in innovative ways and strive to empower them with the know how and skills to make long term meaningful changes in their careers and personal lives.

Cody Thomas

Project Manager

Cody’s background in agriculture began while growing up on his family’s rice farm in Northern California.  His background in agriculture and passion for innovation would eventually lead Cody to start his first small business using unmanned aerial systems to help optimize farming operations across California.  Fast-forward five years and Cody has not only been successful in implementing UAS technologies across California but has clients across the entire West Coast and serves as a consultant for UAS operations in the United States and Africa.  He has developed extensive knowledge in surveillance operations in the Oil & Gas industry during a contract in West Africa.
